Yes! Xbox Game Pass covers everything. PC, Xbox One consoles, and Xbox Series consoles.

You may be interested in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Xbox Game Pass for Xbox, Xbox Game Pass for Windows 10 PC, and Xbox Live Gold.
