You can’t really remove it, it’s just a free promo tied to the purchase. You don’t have to activate or use it though, you can just ignore it.

The digital gifts included with your purchase are complimentary and automatically attached to the order — there’s no extra charge for them. Unfortunately, they can’t be removed once the order is processed, but you can simply choose not to redeem or download them if you prefer.
