If you have auto delete set up on emails it may have been deleted, but it is recoverable through the Best Buy app. Make sure the Best Buy email linked to your account matches your email. Go to purchases and scroll until you find it. When you click on it there should be a resend email option. You may redeem it on Xbox through the Microsoft store or online at microsoft.com/billing/redeem

If not I'm sure you can call Best buy or log into your Best buy account and the directions and redemption code should be there under the purchased game pass.
