How do I activate the card and get my code, and no I don't mean how to enter or redeem the code, I mean how am I supposed to get the code in the first place? Because it says activation required but nowhere on this site does it tell me heo to activate. null

If you have the Best Buy app, you should be given the code through the app, it will also send it to your email unless your email is full and can’t accept anymore emails. Best Buy app is your best bet on getting the code though, it’s how I redeemed mine!

Look on the back of your pass for steps to activate the game pass > You can also go to Xbox.com and it will walk you through with getting the code.

The activation or redemption code is on the purchase receipt, either electronic receipt on MyBestbuy account (under purchases)or a physical receipt give at purchase of the individual card.

Eitehr go to Xbox.com and activate the code found on the back of the Game Pass card, or you can scan it into the Xbox Mobile application (iPhone or Android).
