• Yes, redeeming this code will upgrade your current Xbox Game Pass subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and add three months to your membership. Since it is a special introductory offer, it cannot be redeemed if you are already a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member, though.

• If your current gamepass subscription is the standard one, yes! As this is considered a different Tier of the service. But if you, as you should have, upgraded to the new Ultimate service during the promotion period, then No. This will only work for an account that has not had the Ultimate service before.
