• The 12 months start when activated on the console. Purchase date doesn't matter.

• The membership starts once it's activated on your console. You log into your Xbox account, then you activate the membership which will then be linked to your account.

• The subscription only start once the card is ACTIVATED using the console or doing it online.

• The code becomes valid after purchase, however it is not activated/started until you add to the console and claim it.
