Call Xbox up and explain why you want to cancel

Best Buy does not let you return or exchange. You have to call Xbox support.

Since it is a considered a digital content and a gift certificate. Unfortunately, it's not returnable.

I would call the store directly to see.

From my experience, no, these membership are non refundable. But I would check with the store.
