Same thing happened to me, its been over a month. They just keep saying the "code master" will contact me in 48 hours. 9 times I've heard this over 30 days. Will never purchase Xbox memberships from them again.

Please try again later.If you purchased the 3-month Xbox live gold with your new Xbox, your 3-month code should be printed on your receipt; but if it didn't get printed on your receipt, you should be entitled to go back to Best buy and ask for help. Alot of the xbox consoles in store have a plastic sleeve containing a physical 3-month Xbox live gold card attached to the outside of the box. But the sleeve says something along the lines of "not activated until purchased". The sleeve also has a card that says something like "save $10 with the purchase of a new Xbox". It's possible you got the card, but unless you paid the $15 (instead of regular $25) for the Xbox live gold, you will still need to buy it at some point.
