To your keyboard question- yes For your price question , This console just got released 7 days ago. Highly doubt the price with go down soon. It took them at least 1 year to reduce the price of the original X box.

No chance of the price being lowered on a brand new console released less than 2 months before Christmas. Although, you may be able to get a discount off a game or accessory with a purchase of the console at some retailers around Black Friday.
