• I’d suggest taking ur console and requesting to exchange it because it has missing items

• Were the other code cards in there? Just double check and make sure they arent there. It doesn't show battlefield 1 on the card until you put in battlefield 5 code in on the xbox. If not I'd take it back and exchange for a new one

• The downloads should be on two cards about 6 by 8 your receipt can also have a download code on it! If you are on an account with BB, it could be there too!
