“Why can no one hear me in their headset but I can hear them? I have read he’s out to your company for assistance but have gotten the run around for a week and a half. I keep being told you are researching so I’m reaching out on all other platforms”

• It can usually be caused by lack of connection within the controller audio jack or your headphone jack. Or you could probably be muted everytime.

• It’s a setting in your Xbox you must allow the headset/Xbox to use the mic
