“Can I use a rechargeable battery with this controller? I have two older wireless controllers and was hoping I could use the same batteries.”

• I have a charger pack from the older xbox one controllers and the batteries themselves work in the new controller, but the plug to charge it is differant. I use old controllers to charge the batteries for the new controller.

• It's possible that your current rechargeable batteries may work with this controller, however it is slightly smaller than the Xbox One controller and some third-party products may not fit. If you have a Xbox One Play & Charge Kit, the rechargeable battery itself will work with this controller, but you will need to purchase a USB-C to USB-A cable.
