Does the battery come out ? null

These Xbox controllers (and all name brand ones) do not come with batteries. They are not rechargeable without getting a separate rechargeable battery pack. Out of the box, your only options will be to use two double A batteries, or to used it wired. But when you do put batteries in it (a rechargeable pack or double a), they are removable.
