• Yes it should it doesn’t connect via the controller but the console itself like the controllers do via the pair button on both the console and headset

• I believe so, yes. I’ve had these connected to my Xbox series X, and my Nintendo Switch simultaneously. Bluetooth for the switch (these will work on your phone also) and what I assumed was a 2.4/5ghz wireless connection to the Xbox.
