“So i recently ordered a headset but it will not charge, I’ve tried it at several different plugs and cords but it still won’t charge. The flashing orange light does appear but when i unplug it and press the power button, it will not turn on. Why is this?”

Are sure you using the wire that was provided with headset. If doe not resolve, return the headset for an exchange.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The power can be a little touchy, I guess you could say. You don't want to long-press, but just tapping the power won't do anything. I'd say a 1-2 second press is good, then it should boot up. If that doesn't do it, then you might have gotten a dud.
