you need buy another dlc "the division 2 warlords of new york" i suggest when a sale and good price and buy it! :)

The entire base game is included. The game doesn’t include the season pass. The season pass allows for additional downloadable content (DLC) to be added to the base game. This can include cosmetics or additional story elements.
