• A:Answer I will say yes, because of two mounting-like holes in the back. There are no screws provided, though. IMPORTANT, check your radio's reception first in the area you want to wall mount the unit. The manual suggests placing unit, desktop or where ever, near a window.

• A:Answer If you are asking if Best Buy programs it, the answer is no. The instructions that come with the radio tell you how to program it, including how to program certain countries in your state. I didn't think it was that difficult. and I am not a very technical person.
