Yes it does. If it’s got a 42mm it will even fit the 38 mm it just sticks out just a very lil bit. But it will fit the s3 perfect

I'm nearly certain that all apple watch bands are compatible, that is 42mm with 42mm and 38mm with 38mm. My band purchase was for a series 2, however, I've seen no literature that says there are different watchbands for the series 3. Before you purchase it though, you might want to read my review of the Milanese Loop. Its a great band by design and feel, but the build quality is suspect as mine corroded and fell apart at the magnet end after just 10 months of use. At the same time, I hope you enjoy your Apple Watch as much as I do. It is surprisingly better my high expectations (save the Milanese watchband, that is). Good luck.
