No, this is just a digital purchase for Windows. The Minecraft launcher explains which systems can operate which edition of Minecraft. On PC you can play both the Java and Bedrock editions, but on Mac and Linux only the Bedrock edition is available. If you purchase it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then you're purchasing the Bedrock edition, as the Java edition is not available on iOS and Android.
