• It does have the ender dragon, mine craft dungeons is different than the original minecraft. But the game your son has he needs to find the ender portal and have sufficient ender eyes to open the portal and once he does he’ll be able to enter to fight the dragon

• Yes, all versions of the current minecraft bedrock have the Ender Dragon. When it comes to minecraft dungeons, it shares the same enemies for the most part, put it is a sandbox game, unlike the constant fighting of Minecraft Dungeons.

• The servers can have ender dragons in them depending on what type of server you are on. from my memory Minecraft dungeon is more of an enclosed experience where you cant freely build like crazy anything you with to build.
