You can dhoogle mint moble apn codes for your phone i did it my self for my samsung phone if you have any problems just call mint mobil during the day. I would check to make sure your phone is actually unlocked. I bought a att phone that was unlocked but the network had not released it had to ask att for an unlock code. The message i got back from att said the phone was unlocked but they must have done something because mint mobil checksed and it said it wasstill network locked. The nexttime i put my sim card in it was just fine.

However, none of the previously mentioned details apply if you have a device that was purchased unlocked from the start!
