Yes, as long as your phone is compatible (unlocked GSM phone). You can go to their website and verify your phone's compatibility. Yes, you can port your old number over as well. Just be advised this could take a day or so for the port to finish

Just be sure to select “Transfer My Number” during your activation, because once an account is activated with a number, we can’t transfer a different one to it.
