A:AnswerIt's 12.5" W x 12" D x 5.5" H on the interior. I've used my 9" round x 3.5" high Corningware casserole in it a few times. That's measuring from when the rack is in the lowest slot position. A 12" round pan comes included, also a 12" x 10" square pan, one rack and of course a removable crumb tray (could also be used as a cookie sheet). There are three positions for the rack with reversible rack options. Included was a parts order form with an option to purchase more of any of those I listed above. They range from $14.00 to $19.00. I may order another rack since it's capable to use two at the same time. Hope that helps!
A:AnswerCounting the handle and external pieces that stick out, the maximum dimensions in inches would be 11.5h x 18w x 17d. If you discount pieces that stick of the back and the handle on front the oven would only be about 13.5d.
A:AnswerYou can use any recipes that you use in a regular oven, or you can Google these words. "Toaster oven recipes" or "convection oven recipes". For convection baking Google "convection baking times". This will give you links to sites that will help you with that. Have fun.
