Hello and thank you for reaching out. There are usually only delays in the audio or picture quality when there is an issue with the Wifi. When the Wifi speed doesn't meet the requirements needed for the MobiCam to operate as designed. The recommended WiFi download speed is a minimum of 20 Mbps, and the recommended upload speed is a minimum of 10 Mbps. For the best quality, we strongly recommend having a 40mbps download speed and an upload speed of at least 10Mbps to ensure flawless use, as our cameras offer HD live streaming. Our cameras will function on as little as 20mbps download speed with some delays in audio and video.
