• Yes, you can see notofications from text messages, messenger, whatsapp etc. you can reply by either speaking into the mic or typing on the screen

• Yes when its connected to your cell you can even respond to text messages as soon as they come in. But you cannot go back to the text message to respond if its already come in. At least in my experience you can't. But notifications are there all the time just scroll down

• Yes you can reply to text messages on the watch and if you download a text app you can create your own texts from watch just like on a phone.
