• Haven't gotten mine dirty yet but would assume damp cloth would wipe off most grit.

• Clean the microfiber inner screen piece by taking the case off first and gently wiping it down with a damp washcloth. Don't put any cleaner on it, just water. You can clean the outside with a paper towel with some cleaning stuff on it (i used Meyers clean day spray- it's nice and gentle on stuff like this).

• I like using microfiber products. Never spray the iPad with a cleaning liquid directly. Contact Apple for proper products but you can lightly spray a microfiber cloth a clean your iPad and protection case safely.
