“How do I get a replacement cover? I bought my model sover from Best Buy. The cover has all four corners chipped and broken. I hardly use my ipad but noticed that all four corners are broken. I have not dropped my ipad and it seems like its defective because all four corners have similar chips. I liked the cover and so my kids my wife and my sisiter in law all bought the modal case for the ipad. i can send this in and would like you all to see it and i think it should be replaced because it looks defective and i cannot go to bestbuy because i live in manteo nc and best buy is 2 hours from where i live and i travel a lot from manteo, nc to santa maria ca”

Should be able to go through company, need to go online submit claim and send in old one. What I've read it's a one for one if you still have receipt.

Unfortunately though, if the product was purchased at a Best Buy store, it has to go back into the store for the warranty. You would need to take the product and receipt into the store to the Geek Squad counter for warranty evaluation.
