Does it stick to a window? What are the measurements? null

James its about the size of 8 by 10 sheet of paper with a few additional inches. Yes it sticks to the wall near the TV.

Don't know if it sticks to a window. Says on bix czn place by a window. I placed on wall away from window behind tv. Measurements 9 inch x 11.5 inches x .04 inches
