“When I first installed the antennae, it worked great. 23 channels. Now I get only 3 at best. Is this a defective unit? It has been located in the same place in my house. I tried moving it but nothing changed, still only 3 channels.”

It's possible but not likely. Try uninstalling it, check the connections (TV and antenna), and if good - reinstall - paying attention to make sure of a good connection. If nothing improves with the signal, tryout a new location with the antenna (it may take some patience) until you have success!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We actually hid the wire through the wall into the attic and started getting 10 more channels. We get an average of 30 channels now. Depending on the weather. Find out how many miles away the stations are. You may have to get one with more distance range. My daughter lives in Atlanta and they get almost 100 channels with theirs
