That zip code looks promising! I see FOX, PBS, ABC, CW, CBS, NBC and a few independent stations also! I do see that you have signals coming at you from all points of the compass so you will need to make sure that you try several different placements with the antenna, running the channel scan with each move, until you find the spot that returns the most channels!
