It will work anywhere there are over-the-air high definition TV channels to pull in. The manufacturer claims it can pick up stations up to 50 miles away. It may take some work with placement (their website has suggestions to improve reception) to get the best reception.

I see CBS, PBS and a few other independent channels available at this location. You would not need the amplified antenna however as you are within 5 miles of the signals that are available in your area. The other signals are blocked by terrain and would not be receivable.
