NBC did that to my TV too without a storm. My local NBC station did a signal upgrade. I just did a rescan of my TV twice and the NBC channel came in fine after that.

If it wasn't tightened down properly, and the antenna moved during heavy winds, it could cause interference with the signals. You can try rescanning your TV for channels. If this does not fix the issues, you will need to call the installer and have him check on your antenna.
