• The monitor mount is best suited for wood tables. I personally would recommend you get a glass monitor stand to match your desk. You might be able to make this stand work if you put a rag or cloth down before tightening the clap to give it friction and security from the clap sliding out of place.

• Yes I have a wood frame around my glass but you could put it on the tempered glass itself with the supplied hardware

• It could be. But probably would not recommend it due to the possibility it could cause damage to the desk.
