Several TV manufacturers started building 4K TVs before the standards were finalized. They assumed that they could update their UHD TVs with firmware once the standards were finalized. Unfortunately, the standard for HDCP (4K TVs require HDCP2.2) also requires a hardware upgrade, thus the reason so many 4K TV have been reduced in price because they were built to a lesser standard and can never view a 4K program that requires the HDCP2.2 standard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get that sometimes on DirectTV and it goes away quickly. If it goes away and you are able to watch your TV okay then ignore it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HDMI is digital technology, while Component Cables are analog. It sounds like your program source (Cable box, DVR, etc.) is outputting analog, so the HDMI connection is not working for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I work for a cable company and usually that means your hdmi port on your set is bad or the cable is burned out . I would check another port to rule out your ports and than check it with another hdmi cable before you decide that your TV is bad . Hope that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Likely you get this message because this is NOT an HDMI 2.2 cable and does not support HDR and/or dolby vision.
