• Yes this "protection" is barely that. I paid 220 for coverage vroke my screen then they charged me another 100 dollar deductible AFTER a 2 week wait to fix my phone. I asked the tech and the screen is only 279. I wont ever purchase from best buy again.

• Why would anyone buy protection from the Geek Squad??? THEY ARE charging something that you already have "Accident Protection" on.....SUPPOSEDLY.
