I had this happened with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. I contacted the Geek Squad and had them replace the screen. I had to pay for this one because this was my doing. However, after I received the tablet back with the screen fixed, it all of a sudden had a different problem that were not there before. My stylus no longer worked on the screen. I use the stylus a lot. It took 3 more trips to Best Buy, some lenghty discussions, leaving it with the Geek Squad. before it started working again. Now, I still have the same problem. Your area may different. Just call them and find out.
