Asked by Wantagh.
- A:Answer From my experience, the monthly Best Buy Protection included with Totaltech covers a wide range of things like repairs due to normal wear and tear, power surges, and even some accidental damage depending on the product. For my refrigerator, it gives me peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, they’ll repair it or replace it if needed. It's definitely more than just a manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: QuestionHow do i adjust my frig temperature
Asked by Frig.
- A:Answer To adjust the temperature on my Samsung fridge, I just press the "Fridge" or "Freezer" button on the front control panel until I reach the desired temperature. It cycles through the options, and once you stop pressing, it sets automatically. I recommend checking your model’s manual to see the ideal temp range — mine works best around 37°F for the fridge and 0°F for the freezer.

Q: QuestionAs a total tech member I have bought an Apple computer dishwasher and refrigerator. In each instance I was told by the salesperson that as a member I would have a two year service warranty for all three. Is that correct if I do not extend my membership?
Asked by James.
- A:Answer As far as I understand it, the 2-year protection for each item is only valid as long as you keep your Totaltech membership active. If you cancel or let it expire, the extra coverage ends with it. That’s what they explained to me when I signed up, so I’m keeping my membership current to keep all my products covered.
