best buy don't care, it does not matter if we buy protection, best buy geek whatever. they just want our money. I am having the same problem, and we have to "try" with samsung NISI to try to them to come to the house to "try" to fix it, it looks like they never have the freakin part...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would not work on a new fridge, I would contact the manufacturer or store. That being said in the past with my older fridges when we had an ice issue it was almost always the motor that turned the ice cube "tray". Replacing it was very easy.
