Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same problem on a keyboard that I purchased. Since I have Total Tech and I purchased it under the plan...there were no questions asked....I returned it and replaced it with a new one. Yes you should be able to return it on the Total Tech pkg.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So I am not totally sure exactly, But in my case, I had a headset just literally snap and the earpiece fall off and it was so random I did not abuse the headset at all. I took it back to customer service and explained like do what happened but it broke off id like an exchange for a new headset and they took me down and I left with a new headset. So I would assume if you are having issues with your item(s) you could take it back and explain the issue and they would most likely understand because not all products are good there are flaws in all of them and they would do a return/exchange/store credit for you.
