• If I can't find my receipt, I just ask the friendly folks at the check out desk or if a Geek Squad member isn't busy they will look it up.

• Download the Best Buy app. Login using the email you use when you make purchases. You will be able to buy, shop, monitor all your transactions. It records all the details from your purchases. Lose receipt? No problem. Open the app, there it is.

• If you have an account with Best Buy, & the app, you can scroll down on the “purchases” option, & it shows everything you have purchased, at least for the past 2 years if not, more.
