Honestly, I have no idea. I couldn’t even get the stupid watch to show me the QR code to get it registered and paired to the app. I got annoyed and boxed it back up and returned it. It was so frustrating to try to set up. And then I found out you have to have a plan for it and internet, when the freakin description stated you did not need either for the watch to work. Lies. My advice? Return it and just get your child a cheap cell phone and add that to your plan for $10 extra a month. Easier all around.
