Try repositioning the phone so that it lies flat against the back & is centered on the base. The flashing stops after several minutes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, this is a known issue with this charging stand. Its a low quality unit and will not charge samsung phones. Im assuming youre using a galaxy S20 or later, which this charger simply doesnt work on. Your best option is to return this one and try another from a different brand.
