• Yes. I have the iPhone X and an Otter box commuter series for it. With this charging pad, I have no issues wirelessly charging.

• One of our IPhones with an extreme tough cover would not charge with protector on. Any other cover charged with no issues.

• As we are unsure which otterbox case you have, we can say that the wireless base is compatible with most cases. We also suggest that you use a case that is less than 3mm thick.

• I have an Apple leather case on my iPhone X and also have the same case on my iPhone 8 Plus. They both charge without any issues. I'm not sure how thick your Otter Box case is, but it should work.
