• Yes, the charging light goes out when it is fully charged. It then stops charging.

• I believe it stops charging once it reaches 100% because while charging, the phone is a little warm but I keep my phone on it during the night and wake up to it not overheating.

• Yes you can leave your phone on the charger as the phones when they reach 100% charge they go into standby mode. It’s the phone that controls the charging on/off.
