- Answer No. As far as iPhones, this charger will only work with the 8, 8 plus, and X.

- Answer Probably your phone wasn’t exactly on the middle... or if your phone have a thick case, it wouldn’t work properly. I know it’s sad we have to remove cases every time.

- Answer No. The Charge Stream pad+ is only compatible with phones that have wireless charging. The iPhone 6s does not have wireless charging capabilities. We hope this helps!

- Answer The supplied QC 2.0 wall adapter was designed specifically for the Charge Stream Pad+ to ensure optimal performance. You can also use a different QC 2.0 wall charger, but we do not recommend using wall chargers that are not QC 2.0.

- Answer The Mophie is not for charging iPads, which do not have wireless charging built-in. You would need a higher powered wireless charger and a wireless charging adapter or case to wireless charge an iPad.
