It's important to follow the instructions and not use the battery until your phone battery runs out of power then use morphie until fully discharged
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this problem several times. I don't guess they are designed for long term use. I have however had no problem exchanging them at my Best Buy for a new one. Theses things seem to have a short life expectancy.
