No, Mine does not. However it is very easy to slide off the case to do this then put it back on. Bluetooth works much better.

You are referring to the 5 or 5s IPhone in your post, so you are using a lightning connector to a USB in your car, if so it also works in your car with the Mophie cable, micro USB to USB. I have a 2015 Dodge that works with both.

The Mophie is mini USB on the case to regular USB for connections to power sources or other devices so the cable that comes with the Mophie will do the same as the cable that currently plugs into your car.

No - to use in your car, you will have to remove the bottom of the case, as I often do.

You can only access the headphone jack port easily with the adapter provided. When I want to use the lighting port on my iphone I have to remove the bottom piece of my iphone mophie. Minor inconvenience but not sure how easy it is to remove pieces off other phones

I too play music through my cars USB port. I forgot to mention about the downside. The case will charge but you won't have any sound.
