It's a 100. But don't expect it to give 100--I find on average you can get about 85% if you're charging while using, so long as it's not a power-hungry app.

The capacity it offers on a charge for instance 100% will give you a full charge if you're phones dead where as 150% will give you a full charge and a half. So more power pretty much.
