You would have to buy a new Mophie, the battery is not meant to removable by consumers. Speaking as someone who has owner 3 or more Mophies in the past, I would not recommend this product at all. It will last you less than a year before it either breaks, falls apart, or the battery becomes useless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Send back to Mophie they will replace battery for a fee!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, once it reaches the 500 cycles, it is simply a protective case. The battery in the case is not replaceable. You will need to buy a new Mophie.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You cannot take the battery out of the case. It is sealed. You can't even see it. When it stops working you would have to buy a new pack. BUT I have had mine for almost two years and it is still working fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to buy a new juicy pack.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The key as I understand it with Lithium cells is don't let them drain all the way down. I try to catch both the phone and mophie batteries and recharge before they go dead. It doesn't hurt them to leave them fully charged for a long time either. They do eventually wear out and must be replaced. By the way, You CAN replace the battery in the phone, don't let your carrier BS you.
