Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The few times that I have received this message, I unplug the device from the phone and plug back in. This has always worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know about the error message you may have to contact mophie customer service I do know 2 things, if using iTunes you have to take the mophie cable out and connect apples cable directly into your iphone in order to sync for some reason mophie doesn't have this capability. The other thing is make sure you bought the right product for the right phone. The mophie cable is only to be used with the mophie case don't force it into lets say an iphone because it won't fit, it may look like it will but it won't trust me on this one. You can break the pins on the phone.I hope this helps you out good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The transformer you plug the micro usb into does not have enough power output. I switched the the iPhone cube and it worked fine after that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not run into this issue with the mophie for the iPhone 5
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That is a typical display from the phone when the juice pack has reached its useful life... May as well throw it away at this point, you can dismiss the message and continue to use the juice pack but the end is near. It probably not last more than another month or so, these are great batteries for only a few months and then they simply give out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get the same thing when I plug my phone in at night. usually when the phone is charged and it starts charging the battery case. It still continues to charge even though you get the message.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will charge your phone and Mophie case, but syncing, not so much. I get the same exact error message. I just pull the case off and charge it separately from the iPhone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also get this message but it seems to appear once Morphie is completely charged. I have found that no degraded performance or issues exists with my iPhone 5 when this occurs, so I have ignored the message.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
